Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, the portal collects your name, email address, optional company and subject, message, selected language and consent. Please do not provide sensitive personal data, account credentials or confidential business information in the public form.
How inquiry information is used
Authorized Minqor personnel use inquiry details to review and respond to the request, route it to the appropriate team, prevent abuse and maintain a record of business correspondence. A limited alert containing the inquiry ID, name, email, company and subject may be sent to the designated administrator Telegram group. The complete message is retained in the portal database, not included in that alert.
Administrator accounts
The private Control Center uses email/password accounts created through invitation. Passwords are stored as Argon2id hashes, not readable text. The service stores session tokens in hashed form and uses an HTTP-only session cookie to keep authorized users signed in. Login-attempt records and security logs may include pseudonymous fingerprints and event times, not plaintext passwords.
Cookies and tracking
The public site does not require advertising or analytics cookies. The administrator area uses a strictly necessary session cookie. This cookie is HTTP-only and used only for authentication and access control.
Service providers and safeguards
The portal relies on hosting, database and messaging infrastructure configured by the company. Inquiry messages and account data are available only to authorized staff and the service operators necessary to run the portal. The company should configure provider agreements, access restrictions, encryption, backups and data-location settings appropriate to its obligations.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are kept for the period needed to respond, manage the relationship, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve disputes. Administrator sessions expire and can be revoked; security and audit records are retained for operational oversight. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sending information that should not be transmitted online.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Use the Contact page to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where a legal obligation or legitimate security need requires it.
Children and policy changes
The portal is intended for business audiences and is not designed for children. This policy may change as the portal's operations or legal requirements change; the current version will appear on this page. Company counsel should review the final policy, retention periods and applicable jurisdiction before launch.
