Minqor's scope is organised into eight operating sectors: mining and mineral resources; natural gas and LNG; petroleum support services; non-green hydrogen and derivatives; emissions reduction and carbon; petrochemicals and applications; communications and IT; and import, export and general supplies.

Prospecting, extraction, cutting, processing, recovery and refining of mineral ores, and any industrial operations carried out on them. Gravel and sand quarries are expressly excluded.
